What To Expect
2025 MARCHING BAND SEASON
The total fees for the 2025 season will be $865 per marcher and $975 per percussionist. This includes payment via PushCoin to WNHS to cover band camp staffing costs and payment to the Band/FBPO to cover all other costs associated with running a competitive marching program (including music, drill, uniforms, equipment, props, trucks/buses, hospitality, etc).
Pre-Camp will be July 29 to July 31, and Band Camp will be August 4 to August 8. Here are some ways to stay on top of band activities over the summer:

How to Register
STEP 1: Register for Band Camp via PushCoin
- $240 paid via Push Coin/WNHS on or before 5/31/25 (All Members, including Percussion & Guard)
- Additional $110 paid via Push Coin/WNHS on or before 5/31/25 (Pit & Drum Line Percussion only)
**Please make sure to register via PushCoin as soon as possible, as it helps us determine how many members to plan for both for the show itself and for budgeting purposes.**
STEP 2: Register with the Band Program
Link to Google Form - Please complete registration by 5/31/25
STEP 3: Payment of Marching Band fees
Families may pay the full amount ($625) upon registration, or in the following installments:
- 1st Installment of $325 due to the FBPO on or before 6/30
- 2nd Installment of $300 due to the FBPO on or before 7/31
Link to Arbiter Sports for submission of physical will be available in early July.
