Hospitality - Band Camp Preview Night

The Friday evening concluding band camp, the band previews the marching competition show work completed.  It is an opportunity for families to see the progress made by the students in a short but intense week of band camp.  Preview night is also an opportunity for marching alumni to come out and support the band in addition to a Parent volunteer recruiting event.  The event is held at the football field and concludes with some light snacks and drinks.  Parents are asked to bring snacks for the event and the FBPO provides a light beverage services.  The coordinator recruits parent volunteers to ensure families are aware to bring snacks, setup the location, serving lines and cleanup.  All expenses incurred will be reimbursed by the FBPO after completing an expense report located on the band website with related receipts.

The Marching season runs from July 1st to October 31st.
