Fund Raiser - Check Book Coordinator

The checkbook fundraiser is the single largest opportunity for students to earn money for band related expenses through the sale of checkbooks coordinated through Wheaton North High School.  The Check Book Fundraiser Coordinator will work with the FBPO Treasurer, Accountant and Administrator to ensure the financial details are clear.  Additionally the coordinator will work the FBPO officers and Band Director to determine the number of checkbooks that should be made available to sell in addition to any opportunity on priority for specific band groups to fundraise based on planned trips in the upcoming year.  Lastly, the coordinator should schedule weekly updates with the applicable student groups to distribute checkbooks, collect cash and redistribute any remaining checkbooks to be sold.
