Marching Competition Field & Pit Crew Committee

Date: July 31, 2017

The field & pit crew are approximately 10-15 parent volunteers for each football game half time performance and marching competitions.  The volunteer coordinator is responsible for recruiting parents to serve at each event.  The Field & Pit Crew is responsible for:

  • Loading and unloading the props and equipment onto the truck.

  • Moving all props and pit equipment required for performance from the truck to the field staging area and then onto the performance field at the required time.

  • Once the performance has ended; the pit equipment and props are returned and loaded on the truck.


Marching students are required to help with this activity.

The Marching season runs from July 1st to October 31st.
